The dividing owner has already set up a maintenance reserve in the amount of €400,000 in order to use this sum to renovate or repaint the exterior and courtyard façades, the windows, as well as the stairwell, elevator, and the front doors of the building. The order was placed with a reliable Berlin construction company and has already been completed.

The surrounding area is characterized by a closed development pattern, consisting mainly of old buildings from the turn of the century.
Local amenities (including shopping options, schools, day-care centers, hospitals, and other infrastructure facilities) are secured by the city location.
