You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract was concluded.

by means of a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

You may also complete and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear statement electronically on our website. If you make use of this option, we will send you confirmation of receipt of such withdrawal without undue delay, for example by email.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs, with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time at which you inform us of the exercise of your right of withdrawal with regard to this contract, compared with the full scope of the services provided for in the contract.
