The dividing owner has already set aside a maintenance reserve in the amount of €400,000 in order to use this sum to renovate the exterior and courtyard facades, windows, as well as the stairwell, elevator, and the front entrance doors—either by renovation or by applying new paint. The job was awarded to a reliable Berlin construction company and has already been completed.

The surrounding area is characterized by a closed development pattern, consisting primarily of existing old buildings from the turn of the century.
Local area services (including shopping options, schools, day-care centers, hospitals, and other infrastructure facilities) are ensured by the city location.
