The house was built in 1956. The top floor was expanded with two apartments in 1994 and in 2017 two Schindler elevators were added. In 2006 the house was thermally insulated.
Location:
The house is on a quiet residential street with good public transport connections via the U4 subway stations Viktoria-Luise-Platz and Nollendorfplatz. The location is particularly attractive because of the walking distance to Viktoria-Luise-Platz, Motzstr. and to Winterfeldtplatz.
The weekly market at Winterfeldtplatz is a Schöneberg institution and loved and appreciated by tourists and Berliners alike. The Akazienkiez (approx. 10 minutes on foot) is popular because of its gastronomic variety with its cafés, restaurants and bars. There are also many small shops with a very varied range in the immediate vicinity.
