The general condition of the property is still very good due to the regular indoor and outdoor maintenances. The substance is solid and all object components (roof, basement, facade, heating) are contemporary and functional.
At the end of the 90’s the complex was completely renovated, divided and the roofs were build out to the flats and all the apartments were sold. There are a total of 68 apartments in the complex, some of which are used by first-time buyers themselves. The share of owner-occupiers is growing year by year.
